—- Check it out! today’s workout is Chest and Triceps! 💪
do 4 sets of every exercise and try not to stop until you finish a full set. workouts like this circuit are great for working on strength, coordination, core stability, and cardio! you just have to keep moving. chose a weight that is difficult for you but you can control with perfect form! always chose better form over heavy weight ☝️ 1) medicine ball chest throw - 30 reps
2)tricep dips- 20 reps
3)chest flys - 15 reps
4)tricep extension (aka skull crushers) 15-reps
5)chest press 15 reps
6)lateral crawls 10 each direction
that’s an intense finish to a tough workout but I know you guys can do it! Enjoy #fitfam 👙Happy Lifting! 💪

A new nightly routine!!😁 This is my #mealprep for my first “meal” of the day!! I have been juicing for little over a week and I LOVE the way it makes me feel! I feel like I have so much more #energy and my body overall just feels good! So far I have been doing 3 #carrots, and #apple🍎, a small #lemon🍋, an inch or so of #ginger, and a sprinkle of cayenne🔥 I am new to #juicing so I still need to experiment and see what other juices to try.☺️ What’s your favorite #juice combos?! #freshjuice

#postworkout yummies!!😍😍 A whole buncha leaves🍃 and some tuna!🐟 Tuna is made from a can of no salt tuna, a big dollop of fat free greek yogurt, garlic, onion, mustard and some peppahhh🔥 Oh and I mashed up a quarter of an avocado and a squirt of juice from 1/2 a lemon🍋 no need for any dressing! Enjoy!😘 #protein #livefitgirls #salad
